Protecting you during your stay
At the Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Charlottetown, we continue to take great care in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our hotel, restaurant and property. Looking into the future, we will continue to practice these protocols and implement new protocols as restrictions and guidelines deem necessary.
We have supplemented our normal procedures with additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidance, training and information to enhance our cleaning hygiene policy and procedures even more stringent.

Our hotel staff are receiving the most up-to-date briefings and enhanced operating/cleaning procedures strictly following Health Canada Guidelines.

There is a mandatory face mask mandate within all public indoor areas of the property, including our on-site restaurant with the exception of while eating and drinking.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas including lobby, door handles, public bathrooms, restaurant and room keys.

Additionally, we have increased our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to clean rooms after guests depart and before our next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items and areas.

In the areas not readily seen by our guests, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like the various entrances, pool area, laundry rooms, staff and executive offices.

We have antibacterial hand sanitizers, directional signage and plexiglass located throughout our hotel for our guests and staff.
